Zero service for new instruments
Most guitarists assume that a new instrument taken out of the box is perfect and ready to play.
In reality mass production, extreme changes in humidity and thousands of kilometres spent in transit all take their toll. Factories almost always leave the action too high, especially at the nut, to hide imperfections in the fretwork. As part of the zero service we carry out a thorough diagnosis of the new guitar: we catch any manufacturing defects (before your window for a free return to the shop closes) and we carry out a personalised setup to match your style and your needs. We take away the struggle with a stiff guitar and turn a stock, production line instrument into something that is genuinely yours.
What the service includes:
- Verification of the technical condition
- Ruling out hidden factory defects
- Personalisation of stock instruments
