We offer a complete service for stringed instruments: from string changes and maintenance, through setups, fretwork and repairing breaks, to full restorations, electronics and hand-made nuts and bridge saddles in bone and brass. We work on electric, acoustic, classical and bass guitars, as well as mandolins and ukuleles.
Every visit starts with a diagnosis. You get a plan of work and a quote, and the decision on what happens next is always yours. No hidden costs and no guesswork.

All service work comes with a 30 day warranty, and glued elements are covered for life.

Book a visit online or by phone. You can also drop by during opening hours, although we cannot promise a full diagnosis on the spot.
Step 02
You come in with your instrument
We make coffee and talk about your guitar. At this stage we want to see how you play and what you play. Then we run a full diagnosis and go through the results in the context of your needs.
Step 03
We agree on the scope of work
During the visit we agree together on the scope of work, the pickup date and the final price. You know the cost before any repair begins.
Step 04
We service your guitar
This is where the magic happens: a careful setup, precise adjustments and attention to the smallest details make your guitar play better than ever.
Step 05
Picking up the instrument
Collect your guitar whenever it suits you, but set aside 15 to 20 minutes. We want you to play it here and check it thoroughly. We will not let you take it until you tell us that everything is right.
