13. BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

Scope

  1. This section applies to services for which the Shop offers online appointment booking, and to registration for events organised by the Seller.

  2. In all other respects, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions apply to services, in particular § 5 (methods of payment), § 9 (right to withdraw from an agreement for the purchase of a service) and § 12 (conditions for complaints).

Placing a booking

  1. Bookings are made through the form available on the Shop's website, 24 hours a day.

  2. In the form the Customer selects a service and an available day and time, and provides the data needed to perform the service and make contact: first name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number.

  3. A condition for placing a booking is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and having read the Privacy Policy.

  4. After the booking is placed, the Customer receives an e-mail confirming its receipt. The booking then has the status pending.

  5. The booking is confirmed by the Seller, of which the Customer is informed in a separate message. The agreement for the provision of the service at the booked time is concluded when the booking is confirmed.

  6. The Seller may refuse to confirm a booking, in particular where the selected time is no longer available or where the scope of the service requires prior arrangements. In such a case the Seller contacts the Customer and proposes another time, and any payments made are refunded.

Available times

  1. Available times follow the opening hours of the workshop and the availability of the specialist performing the service.

  2. Service start times are selected in 15-minute steps.

  3. Bookings are made at least 3 hours before the selected start time. Individual services may require a different lead time, which is stated with the service.

  4. Times are available no more than 60 days ahead.

  5. During the time reserved for performing the service the specialist does not accept other bookings. Time needed to prepare the workstation may be added to the duration of the service.

Payment for a booked service

  1. The payment methods available for a given service are shown when it is booked. These may be: online payment before the appointment, traditional bank transfer, or payment on site at the workshop.

  2. If a deposit is required for a service, its amount is given before the booking is placed, and the Customer pays the remainder of the price no later than on the day the service is performed.

  3. Failure to pay within the time specified for the chosen payment method entitles the Seller to cancel the booking, after informing the Customer beforehand.

Changing and cancelling an appointment by the Customer

  1. The Customer may cancel a booked appointment no later than 24 hours before it takes place.

  2. Cancellation is made in the Customer panel on the Shop's website or by contacting the Seller: by e-mail at kontakt@pracowniagitar.pl or by telephone.

  3. A change of time is made by cancelling the existing booking and placing a new one, on the terms set out above.

  4. After the period referred to in point 1, cancelling the appointment in the Customer panel is not possible. The Customer may contact the Seller, who will arrange another time where possible.

  5. Where an appointment paid in advance is cancelled, the Seller refunds the payment within 14 days using the same payment method as the Customer, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another method of refund.

Cancellation of an appointment by the Seller

  1. The Seller may cancel a booked appointment for reasons beyond its control, in particular illness of the specialist or a breakdown at the workshop. The Seller informs the Customer promptly, using the contact channel indicated by the Customer.

  2. In such a case the Seller proposes another time to the Customer, and if the Customer does not accept it, refunds all payments made within 14 days.

Late arrival and no-show

  1. If the Customer arrives late, the service may be performed to a reduced extent, provided the workshop's schedule allows it. The price of the service does not change in such a case.

  2. Failure to attend at the booked time without cancelling the appointment beforehand is treated as cancellation of the service.

Registration for events

  1. Registration for events is open until the number of places stated in the event description is filled or until the stated registration deadline.

  2. If a waiting list is available for an event, the Customer may join it once the places are filled. If a place becomes available, the Seller informs the first person on the list and the place is held for them for 24 hours from the message being sent. After that time the place passes to the next person.

  3. Joining a waiting list does not amount to booking a place and involves no charge.

  4. Where a registration covers more than one participant, the Customer provides the details of the other participants. The Customer then declares that they have those participants' consent to provide that data and to pass on information about the registration to them.

  5. The provisions on cancelling an appointment apply to cancelling participation in an event, unless the event description states otherwise.

Customer account

  1. The Customer may create an account on the Shop's website. The account allows the Customer to view their own bookings and registrations, check the payment status and change their contact details.

  2. Creating and maintaining an account is free of charge and voluntary. Booking is also possible without creating an account.

  3. The Customer may give up the account at any time by notifying the Seller. Deleting the account does not affect bookings already confirmed or obligations arising from the law, in particular tax law.

14. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. Agreements concluded through the Shop are concluded in Polish and in accordance with Polish law.

  2. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of Polish law apply.

  3. Any disputes between the Seller and the Customer are resolved primarily amicably, and where no agreement is reached, by the competent common court.

  4. A Customer who is a Consumer may use out-of-court means of dispute resolution, including by applying for mediation or to an arbitration court. Detailed information is available from the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.

  5. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on the day they are published on the Shop's website and apply to Sales Agreements concluded from that day.
